North Dandy Plant Hire Terms & Conditions

Bookings are confirmed once full payment or a deposit has been received.
Accepted payment methods include Bank transfer or via credit card.
Any additional charges, such as delivery fees, will be communicated and included in the final invoice.

Delivery and pickup within North Dandy are complimentary.
A delivery fee of $2.50 per kilometre is charged for locations outside North Dandy.
The Client is responsible for ensuring suitable and safe access for delivery and pickup of the machine(s).

The Hire Period commences on the date of delivery and ends on the date of pickup or the agreed-upon return date.
Extensions can be requested in advance and may be subject to availability and additional charges.

The Client is responsible for using the machine(s) only for their intended purposes and in accordance with operating instructions.
Only qualified personnel should operate the machine(s) where applicable.
The Client must not attempt repairs or modifications on the hired machine(s).

The machine(s) are provided in good working order. The Client agrees to maintain them in this condition and inform the Company of any issues immediately.
The Client is liable for any damages caused due to misuse, negligence, or improper maintenance.

The Client is liable for any loss or damage to the machine(s) while they are in their possession.
In the event of loss or damage, repair or replacement costs will be invoiced to the Client.
North Dandy Plant Hire is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss incurred from the use of the hired machine(s).

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the hire date may incur a fee.
Any applicable refunds will be processed within 7 days of cancellation, less any applicable charges.

Insurance coverage for accidental damage to the machine(s) during the hire period is included under the optional Damage Waiver.
By opting into the Damage Waiver and paying the associated charge, the Client’s liability for certain accidental damages is waived, as outlined in the Damage Waiver terms.
The Damage Waiver charge is applied at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
The Client is still liable for any damages or losses not covered by the waiver, including but not limited to theft, misuse, or unauthorized modifications of the machine(s).
If the Client declines the Damage Waiver, they are responsible for arranging their own insurance coverage for the hired machine(s) and assume full liability for any damages or losses during the hire period.

North Dandy Plant Hire reserves the right to terminate the hire arrangement if these terms and conditions are breached, or if the machine(s) are deemed to be at risk.

By hiring from North Dandy Plant Hire, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
